Such a great stay! From the second I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well kept. Iman and Lexi at the front desk were amazing, so friendly, helpful, and professional. They made everything easy and made me feel right at home. Definitely coming back!

This is located in walking distance of the airport. The hotel is clean. Rooms were nice. Pool was pretty. Not near much else other than airport. There is a restaurant and bar inside. The breakfast is not included but looked like the typical one given for free elsewhere for 13.99. We did not buy it. Good stay for a few days.
Francisca is dynamite! We had an issue with our blind, asked for help and Francisca ( the GM) was in our room. Fixed it herself within 5 minutes. Everyone is so nice. Location is perfect. I only stay at Hilton properties and this is a great one!
The hotel is great. Well laid out. Business friendly. We were here for a seminar and did not use the hotel as a resting facility. So I can't speak about the rooms, but my first impression would have to say that they are nice and accommodating. Handicap friendly throughout.
I was kind of forced to get a room here last minute being 3 hours away because my flight left early next morning. I have mobility issues so I had to get the handicap room. I liked it... But there were some mechanical issues in the beds looked a little disheveled... For the price I was paying for the room I expected the beds perfectly made... They weren't. The shower wand hose was not tight and sprayed all over instead of out of the handheld. I was able to fix that using washcloths to grip the fixture/ hose and tighten. The bathroom partially flooded every time you took a shower because of the pitch going away from the shower opening... I had to place towels across the shower entry. It was Very convenient having a restaurant and bar. Of course I wish it was a little bit less pricey for room. I reported the issues, .. did not receive any compensation for troubles just a sorry.

Not much around the hotel, but close drive to everything. Rideshare is not the strongest that far out from Tampa. Hotel itself though? 10/10. First steps in are very welcoming and the last steps out are as well. Nice rooms, very clean, and people just want to make sure your needs are taken care of. My small asks to accommodate my blindness? Never a problem. It really makes a huge difference when people are nice and professional. Highly recommend.
